Dr. Paul Santiago is a Washington University neurosurgeon at Barnes-Jewish specializing in disorders of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine with clinical interest in neurological surgery for spinal disorders resulting from degenerative disease; spondylosis; spondylolisthesis; spinal tumors; inflammatory spinal disease; ankylosing spondylitis (arthritis of the spine); congenital spinal disorders; disorders of the craniocervical junction, and spinal cord injury. He has special training in spinal instrumentation and minimally invasive spinal surgery.
