Dr. Wooliscroft presents a case study involving a stroke victim who was transferred to Barnes-Jewish Hospital for additional care. She begins with what information her office gathers upon receiving the call and continues through the patient's followup exams the next day. Some of the information she covers is the patient's last known normal, contraindications of tPA, possible treatments, intervention and ways to include the patient's family in the process.
