Luke H. Balsamo, MD, FAAOS, shares a case of 73 year old male who precented with a large 17cm soft tissue mass on his left deltoid. The workup consisted of a physical exam and imaging including an MRI scan that showed a large fatty lesion in the deltoid muscle itself.
