This is part of Perinatal Support of Washington’s Best Practices in Prevention, Identification and Treatment of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders 2-day training on January 30th and 31st. Attendees will learn the process of differential diagnosis of common mental disorders in the perinatal period, risks of untreated mental disorders and risks of psychotropic medication use during pregnancy and lactation and informed consent discussions with pregnant and breastfeeding women regarding commonly used psychotropic medications.
