Safe endoscopic removal of complex colorectal polyps 2cm can be time consuming and technically challenging. A double balloon endoluminal platform (DBEP), developed to facilitate such endoscopic interventions, claims to improve endoscopic navigation, visualization, stabilization, and enhanced tissue manipulation. This study evaluates the clinical performance of the device during such endoscopic resections.
