Low Grade Dysplasia in Barrett’s Esophagus: To Ablate or Not to Ablate

Data from a recent randomized controlled clinical trial suggest that radiofrequency ablation of low grade dysplasia (LGD) is superior to continued endoscopic surveillance among patients with LGD confirmed by a panel of expert gastrointestinal pathologists.
